Arc welding is carried out with electrodes, while a shielding gas environment is created from the components that are present in the electrode coating. This prevents oxygen from entering the bath, so no oxidation occurs. After completion, the slag is removed from the surface. This method is characterized by performance and high speed. In this case, a rectifier, converter, or inverter is necessarily used.

Semi-automatic is carried out with a special wire, it is imperative to connect gas cylinders, which will create a protective environment and prevent oxidation. This is a versatile technology that allows you to connect cast iron, steel, stainless steel parts. It is suitable for elements thicker than 0.5 mm and is also fast. In the process, no smoke is emitted, which creates comfortable conditions for the welder, and allows you to practically non-stop cooking parts.

Argon can be used to cook both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In this case, it is not necessary to strongly heat up the joints, which eliminates deformation. Argon supply prevents oxygen ingress. This is the only way to weld aluminum.

 

Contact implies the supply of high voltage, which is converted into heat at the junction. Pressure is also applied to ensure the durability and strength of the joint. You can cook in this way ordinary, stainless steel, aluminum, copper.
